Guy Little is an illustrator, artist and professional photographer situated in Black Rock, Melbourne. Guy’s love of drawing goes back to childhood and is currently studying a Masters at Falmouth University in the UK on looking at ways of combing drawing and photography. Guy also a BA in Design from Curtin University, WA. Other education has included workshops on Botanical Illustration, Japanese Ink Brush Painting and 3D Paper Sculpture.
In 2013 – 2014 Guy was awarded Bayside City Council Artist in Residence, Brighton, Victoria, and taught Life Drawing at RMIT University for 5 years
Working in pencil, pen and ink wash and Japanese ink and brush. Exhibited in numerous groups shows and a major solo exhibition “Drawing Life” at Hay Shed Hill Gallery, Margaret River, WA in 2015.
Guy has a mainly black and white quirky style incorporating his great love of surrealism, attention to detail and getting lost in the sheer joy of the dot.
