Leni Kae is an Australian contemporary artist and illustrator based in Sydney's Inner West. Her artworks have been exhibited across New York, London, Varese, Bologna, Barcelona, Florence as well as locally across Australia. She has been a finalist in the Southern Bouy Portrait Prize, Brisbane Art Prize, and the Lethbridge Small Art Prize. As an illustrator, her works usually involve bold colour with a whimsical element and flowing, intricate linework. She is known for illustrating female subjects, often portrayed with long flowing hair.
The Sydney children's book illustrator has recently illustrated "Year of the Dragon" for the Sydney Jewish Museum, due for release in August 2019. It featured a colour cover and beautiful black-and-white illustrations for the story. She is currently working on writing and illustrating an adult colouring-in book, as well as a range of children's books.
Leni is available for freelance illustration jobs and commissions including: children's book illustrator, textile design, magazine illustration, interior design artworks, custom artworks and illustrations for personal or commercial use.
