We’ve come a long way together, and we’ve only just begun! We changed, evolved and continue to shape IA over the last 30 years to become who we are today. Great things take time to grow.
Illustrators Australia's much loved 9x5 Exhibition returns for another year and this year is very special. It’s our birthday. So we’re taking it back to where it all began to The Victorian Artists Society, once again paying homage to the Heidelberg School's famous paintings on little wooden cigar boxes with this years’ theme- ‘Grow’.
So ‘Grow’ with us, as we celebrate 30 years of supporting Illustrators and helping each other grow professionally and creatively. Show us what it means to ‘Grow’. We’ll leave the interpretation to you.
Be brave, be bold, bloom and ‘Grow’.

Join us for the opening night of ‘Grow’ Illustrators Australia 9x5 Exhibition on the 6th December 2019 at The Victoria Artists Society. This year we will showcase our artist's entries alongside a small retrospect of IA over the last 30 years. Come celebrate 30 years of creativity with us, meet and greet other artists and discover what it means to ‘Grow’.

6th - 16th December
10 am – 4 pm weekdays
1 pm – 4 pm weekends during exhibitions
Registration
Registration is now open for members and non-members who are Professional, Establishing or Students 18 year or older within Australia. This year we welcome back digital artists thanks to our friends at Print on Wood. Please select your entry type below and be sure to read the 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Artists Agreement and Waiver' carefully before you complete your registration, once registered you will receive an Artists Welcome Pack with instructions for entry.
