Sonia Kretschmar

Sonia is a well established illustrator/artist/animator based in Melbourne. Clients have included Penguin Books, Walker Books, Rolling Stone, SBS and the ABC amongst many others. “Song of the Dove” written by Errol Broome and published by Walker Books, was published in April 2011 and is her first hardcover picture book; she was also shortlisted for the 2011 Archibald portrait prize. A new picture book “Do Not Forget Australia”, written by Sally Murphy is due out in March 2012, again published by Walker Books.
